How do I reach you?

Email contact@twitngo.com. A person reads every message, and we reply to most within a few days.

To help us fix things quickly, include:

  • For a counting problem: the exact text you pasted and the number X showed you.
  • For an image problem: the size you picked, your browser and device, and what went wrong.
  • For a correction: the page and a source for the right information.

What can't you help with?

Anything to do with your X account. Twit'n'Go is independent and not affiliated with X Corp., so we can't restore accounts, remove posts or explain X's moderation decisions. X's help center is at help.x.com.

There's no contact form and we never add your address to a mailing list. Your email is only used to answer you.
